bro999's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Member to their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim.
bro999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Members access and use the Platform at their own risk.
bro999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice where bro999 reasonably believes that: (a) these Terms have been violated; (b) the Account poses a financial, reputational, or legal risk to bro999; (c) the Member has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct; or (d) regulatory or licensing obligations require such action.
Upon termination for cause, bro999 may withhold any Balance pending investigation. Where an investigation confirms a violation, the Balance may be forfeited in whole or in part. Where no violation is confirmed, the verified real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Credits) will be returned to the Member via the most recently used payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
